Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept all card payments. All credit/debit card payments are processed by SAGEPAY for complete secure transactions. You can view their website at www.sagepay.com

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

The product information and photographs contained within our web-site are provided for illustrative purposes only and we cannot warrant that they are accurate. If you are in any doubt as to the precise nature of the product or mesh you wish to order, you are advised to order a free sample of the product material or contact us.

All made to measure items will be manufactured to the provided measurements whether verbal, faxed or e-mailed and it is the customers responsibility to amend any sizes when the order is repeated back to you at the time of purchase. No liability will be accepted for wrongly ordered items due to incorrect dimensions being given. If the fly screen mesh is damaged in transit then replacement mesh will be provided for repair. Premier will not accept return of the goods for refund or repair. This is due to the fragile nature of the goods.If the screens are supplied for self installation then it is the customers responsibility to ensure that;
a) The goods are correctly sized before installing
b) The person(s) installing the screens are competent in executing the work, as, Premier Ltd will not be liable for any damage caused to any screens by poor workmanship, damage or injury caused to persons by incorrectly installed screens or any financial loss/cost due to screens being self installed.

Shipping And Handling Items above 2 kgs are sent by courier and need to be signed for on delivery between the hours of 9 - 5pm, Monday - Friday. You can have the delivery to any address of your choice within the UK. We do not ship to any other countries other than the UK, if you put an offshore address as the delivery then the goods will be shipped to the UK billing address, or we will refund the monies paid less the card handling fee.
Any damaged goods must be signed for as damaged, or if found on opening, or if there are any missing parts this must be notified to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

Delivery Schedule 
Orders are normally despatched within 1-2 working days from placing the order, made to measure items can take up to 3 days. Premier accept no responsibility for extended delivery times and no liability for late deliveries. Bird nets can take up to 4 working days as they are made to measure, again please call if you require a faster delivery. Any orders palced after 5:00pm will only be processed on the next working day. If you request that goods are left without signing for this is at your own risk.
If the customer is not available to receive the order, a card notifying the customer of attempted delivery will be posted through the customer's door and the item will be retained by the carrier. The customer will then be responsible for contacting the carrier to arrange re-delivery.
If the customer does not contact our carrier within 5 days, the item will be returned to us and re-delivery will be at the expense of the customer.


Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is charges at the prevailing rate.

Sage Pay has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment 
Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that customers details remain secure throughout the transaction process.

Guarantee Any claims under any guarantees must be made in writing to the company address or by e-mail. If goods need to be returned then this is at the customers expense until the goods have been inspected and a claim agreed to. Premier will not be responsible for any installations carried out by third parties. If goods need to be returned after a third party installation it is the responsibility of the customer to remove the goods and Premier will accept no liability for damage or cost of the removal.
General fair wear and tear or misuse of the screens will not be covered by the guarantee. All insect meshes are expressly excluded from any guarantee unless reported damaged within 24 hours of delivery. If a claim needs to be made, under the guarantee, then the screens will need to be returned to our head office or if we agree to a site visit then a charge will be made prior to the visit being carried out and will be fully refundable if the claim is due to faulty materials.
To enable Premier Ltd to perform under it's obligations the Customer shall;
- co-operate with Premier Ltd.
- provide Premier Ltd with any information reasonably required.
- comply with any reasonable requirements, as may be requested, to resolve any disputes.
- comply with all the time scales for the return or reporting of disputed delivered goods.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance selling regulations. Please note that made to measure items are non returnable and all bird nets and fly screen kits fall into this category. If orders are cancelled any returns are at your own expense under the distance selling regulations, and there is a charge for re-stocking, initial delivery cost and the card handling fee. To return goods you must first contact us to get a returns authorisation code, no returned goods will be accepted without this code. The goods must be in the original packing, in new condition, to enable re-selling of the product, if not the full purchase price will be chargeable. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that returned goods reach us and are signed for to prove they were returned. Any damaged or incomplete order items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery as liability will not be accepted after this time, and no liability will be accepted for goods which you have installed. No goods will be accepted for returns after 7 days from date of delivery. If made to measure fly screens are damaged then replacement components will be sent out to repair the goods, the full screen will not be replaced. 
If goods are found to be faulty on opening the package then please contact us immediately to arrange a repair or replacement. Please don't try to assemble any damaged items as no liability will be accepted once they have been assembled and/or installed. No alterations must be made to any kits if they need to be returned.
